The Dark Persuasion

Battling temptation is as old as the human race. Too often, we think temptation is just about fighting our own weaknesses, but it is much more than that. The kingdom of darkness is warring against your soul. One of the enemy’s greatest strategies is what I call dark persuasion.

Satan doesn’t simply dangle sin in front of us. He shoots fiery darts of persuasion, planting thoughts that make us entertain sin until we actually desire it. He knows that if you think it long enough, you will desire it and eventually do it.
