Faith That Gives

Sometimes trusting God as our source for every provision can be difficult, especially when our circumstances make it feel like we’re not going to make it. Those feelings can hold us back from investing in God’s kingdom, but instead of listening only to what we see, we’re called to stand on what God has already said. One of my favorite promises is Philippians 4:19: “And my God will supply every need of yours according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.” What an incredible assurance that God will take care of us and supply exactly what we need.

This Sunday, let’s take a step of faith together by trusting God with our time, treasure, and talents. We’ll be giving financial support toward our parking lot project and signing up to serve in ministry as we use our gifts for the furtherance of God’s kingdom. It’s Draft Day, so wear your favorite sports attire, bring a yummy side dish, and come ready for great fellowship as we grow and serve together.
