The Unstoppable Church
What makes a church unstoppable is not the quality or quantity of its people, but the presence and power of God working in and through it. God's influence and involvement in a church are directly tied to our willingness to surrender our own will and yield to His. As John the Baptist said of Jesus, “He must increase, but I must decrease” (John 3:30). In other words, we must become less so that Christ can become more in us.
The same principle applies to the church. The more we humble ourselves and surrender to the Holy Spirit's leading, the more powerful and effective we become — not because of us, but because of Him. A humble, Spirit-led church is an unstoppable church.
We’ll explore how the early church’s humility and dependence on God empowered them to truly be the church.
